One of the questions we hear most often from London-based couples is whether they'll need to be constantly flying back and forth to Italy throughout the planning process. You won't.
We always recommend coming to Italy once, to see the venue in person, finalise the flow of the events onsite, do a menu tasting and a hair and make up trial. However, most of the planning, including design, budget, supplier selection and timelines, is done from London.

- First conversation: a free consultation by video call or in person in London.
- Monthly meetings in London: you review progress, design and decisions with Alice.
- Visits in Italy: we organise and accompany you on any visit and appointment you decide to have in Italy.
- Everything else on the ground: our team handles contracts, suppliers, guest logistics and paperwork, and is with you throughout the wedding weekend.
